Cancel Cargo Run if not enough stacks of cash

Currently, whenever you're doing a cargo run, even when you've ran out of stacks of cash it'll still keep giving you drop-off spots which are basically useless since you don't get anything for them anymore.

It would be nice to implement a check to confirm if there's still stacks of cash in the player's inventory after every drop-off and if there is none left, to cancel the run and have you return the vehicle.
