Can only pay asset fees for 1 of 2 cars of the same type

Description: On Lily, I bought two crown vics, one for use with DOC stuff (179L644E) and the other to use as an unmarked for CID stuff (556GM8Y8). However, when checking the LSRS app I can only see the DOC one 179L644E, and the unmarked one does not show up, meaning I cannot pay asset fees on it.

Reproduction:

1. Buy two cars of the same type

2. Try to pay asset fees

3. fail.

Expected Behaviour:

Be able to pay asset fees on both vehicles

Actual Behaviour:

Only able to pay asset fees on one
