Buy order removed before it was completed

When Placing a buy order on the Black Market, It is being removed before the order is completed resulting in you losing any money that is left over.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Place order for Loose Notes. (200 for this example)
2. Drop off payment for the order ($6000)
3. I guess have someone sell an amount less than the whole order

Expected Behavior:
The order to stay active till It is fully completed or the remaining money be returned.

Actual Behaviour:
Order is removed after someone sells to you even if it isnt the full amount and you lose any remaining money left.
