Bullet projectiles added to evidence

Suggestion Description:

When PD gathers evidence from a crime scene, add bullet projectiles that hit walls/cars/the ground/etc. as evidence that can be gathered. Have the identifiers match to casings as well as the gun itself.

Reason:

When you shoot from a car, casings don't show up. Allowing for bullet projectiles to be found adds another dimension to evidence gathering and building a case for officers. It also counteracts if people do/don't shoot from a car since GSR tests aren't always going to be positive, it helps officers that put in the effort to gather evidence and document a scene to back the charge the are/aren't pressing.
