Bug Report: Cannot pay for property in LSRS app

Cannot make payment in the LSRS app, even with funds in account a "not enough funds" error message is returned.

Steps to reproduce:
1 Check bank balance
2 Attempt to make payment lower then confirmed account balance
3 No payment is made, error returned "You lack the funds to make this payment"

Expected: Money taken out of bank account and applied to financing.

Actual: Error message above, no money taken from bank account, financing app shows a difference in balance until refreshed
