Broken Containers

Description: Grinders either never appear once you obtain a container to hit or they disappear before you could ever get to it.

Reproduction Steps: Just do a container. 1/2 of the times it will happen.

Expected Behavior: Start a container job, look at your map and see the area where a container would be and the blip for a grinder to be picked up at.

Actual Behavior: Start a container job, look at your map and see the area where a container would be but no orange blip for the grinder.

This makes containers practically useless to actually do. It ruins your rep because without a grinder or a spot to buy a grinder in case it scuffs out you're screwed.
