Bring The Old Drug System Back.
Add the system where you can select a area where you want to sell like before and allow the Locals to come up to you and buy from you. Personally, I thought this was the best way of the drug system in my opinion. It felt more organised than just based on the luck of where you can find the locals.
Adding this back would make life easier If I’m being honest.

I do like being able to meander a wide city block while I sell and dumpster dive, or having the option of traveling up north with pals and not have to stop pushing.
I am also frustrated that the locals that seek you out are rarely interested, considering they’re the ones looking for you!
I think there could be balance in a middle ground. The number of “customers” that approach you could be increased, as well as increasing those odds of successful sales to those customers. Again, they’re seeking you out - they should be hella interested! In contrast, the odds of selling to the random locals you approach could be lowered. When you approach the local, you have no idea who they are, what they’re about, maybe even undercover narcs. Additionally, further balancing could include lower sale prices to the tried and true customers since you know it’s practically guaranteed and low risk. If you do manage to sell to a strange local on the street, could be worth a little more.

The current system just feels a little fucked, There’s around 1 Local that comes up to you every 10 minutes and mostly the ones around never really wanna purchase from you. Especially when the sale price isn’t that high it just doesn’t feel massively worth it.
