Bring back the function of where using the command /radio without a frequency would take out the radio the exact same way as it would if using it from your pockets.

In its current state after being reintroduced, entering /radio without a frequency does not do anything other than bring up a progress bar.

Reason:

This was an original function of the /radio command in the past before it was removed entirely.

It was a nice QoL.
