Bring Back /radio Command

Description:

Bring back the ability to set our radio by using a /radio command like we had in the past

Reason:

From a PD standpoint, it would make joining radio channels much easier/faster considering some channels aren't on the F1 wheel anymore. It would also help for some of us who use a stream deck or even macros to be able to switch quickly to channels not on the wheel so we don't have to stop mid chase just to swap radios in a pinch

Additional Context:

An example of this would be Our K9 units (dogs) are commonly on Radio 9 which is not included on our F1 duty radio wheel which means we have to stop running in order to manually change that radio to communicate with them. If I was able to use my stream deck for the /radio command, I could hit a button and change in a pinch which would make it more efficient.
