Boosts not keeping fuel

When you enter a boost you see it has 100% fuel but once you lockpick the ignition and start the engine the fuel drops back to 50%

Steps to reproduce

1. Lockpick boost

2. Enter boost (see fuel at 100%)

3. Lockpick ignition and start engine

4. Watch fuel drop to 50%
