Boosts not despawning after boost is complete

Boost vehicles stay after the boost is complete.

1. Start a boost

2.Complete boost

3. Boost car does not despawn, it stays on the server for the whole tsunami

expected: The car should despawn as the boost finished

actual behaviour: the boost stays at the drop off for the whole tsunami
