[Boosting] SVC payout distribution change

Change it so the invited persons SVC reward is shared among both boosters.

This way there’s a small gain of SVC for the one who bought the contract.

Example.

Player 1 buys in for a C contract. -50 SVC

Boost completed:

Player 1 gets 50+25 SVC

Player 2 gets 25 SVC.

Currently when completing a C boost, the one who buys the contract only gets back the initial SVC that was payed for the contract. While the invited party gets the same amount.
