Boosting No Beep/Possibly Not Tracking?

Have had 2 boosts today (2nd storm) one I did and one someone in my group did, where there was no beeping of a tracker on B class boosts. Also got no cops, so unsure if the tracker wasn't actually working or if it was just an issue of the audio not happening. Don't have any clips of the problem.

Usually when we lockpick the door and sit in the car it starts beeping/tracking immediately. Both times in this case there was no noise whatsoever and no police response.

We were able to hack, and delivered them both with no problems, again just unsure if cops were being notified or not.
