Boosting frozen & Robbing Locals Broken

Boosting queue: You join the server and sign up for boost, normally 30-35 minutes into the storm you’ll see the first boosts pop. For the last 24 hours no boosts have seemed to move it’s frozen at whatever number you get after storm.

Robbing locals: normally you’d go up to a local point your gun at them and they’ll get out put the keys on the ground then put their hands up. Instead the locals are ignoring you and running away and not letting you rob them at all.

Boosting:

  1. Sign up for boost after storm

  2. Queue should move after 30 minutes and it’s frozen all storm.

Robbing locals:

  1. Point gun at the local

  2. They get out put the keys on the ground

  3. They run away and don’t care you have a gun to them.

Expected behavior:

Boosting: I expect to get the boost and for the queue to move.

Robbing locals: I expect them to put their hands up and let me rob them when I speak to them. No bar shows up or anything when I hold them up.

Actual behavior:

Boosting: queue is dead and doesn’t move for D-S class and I can’t get any boosts at all in any class.

Robbing locals: they don’t let me rob them and just put they keys on the ground.

    I also noticed the first boosts of the storm actually do pop off. Once the power goes out for the first time and the phones stop working it seems to possibly mess with the boosts and freezes it. I think it freezes the queue after the first power outage happens and the rest of the storm the queue stays frozen.

    So from what ive noticed, i’ve been 1st in queue since restart, at 6pm, its now 1am and im still 1st. In this time period i have: take both the laptop and malicious off my person and stuffed them inside a dufflebag, inside a car and did a bank job (important detail, clearly means number of cops on duty and ready for calls isnt the issue). I was never removed from the queue, even while not having the laptop or malicious on my person for over 3 hours.
    Furthermore, when you queue for a vin scratch, the button changes red and says “Leave queue” as it normally should, but if you change tabs inside the boosting app, or close and reopen the laptop, the button changes green and says “Sign up”, indicating something is busted, even though you may still be in queue (see attached)
