Boosting Cancellation

Description: Your boost gets cancelled when your game crashes.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Accept a Boost.

2. Go to the boost and start it.

3. Game crash.

4. Log back in and your boost gets cancelled.

Expected Behaviour: You should be able to continue your boost and escape the cops/go to the drop-off location after you log back in from the game crash.

Actual Behaviour: When you log back in after a game crash, it informs you that your boost was cancelled and the car disappears which also looks bad in the RP perspective for cops and weird to RP that out.
