Boost queue 30 mins after server reset

Boosting has been increasing in numbers for the queue especially after switching to two resets, I can't get an exact number of how many people queue but recently its been a lot. But even before that change, most players in the server who have priority from around silver and higher get an advantage to insta queue for boosting and manage to be at a high spot.

Linkup queue expects you to wait the 30 min mark for jobs to pop. Boosting queue should be prioritized the same to where it should let you queue 30 mins after a server reset, rather than who loads in first cause one has the highest prio than others.
