Boost Explosion.
I was doing a simple D Class boost and the car exploded on delivery. Im not sure why but im assuming it thought cops were chasing or maybe there was some near me idk. This is the first time a car has exploded on me during a boost so maybe this is just supposed to happen.

If you watch back your clip, you can see you get a notification on your phone

How does that help the problem?
The car would've exploded even if he got out in time and it would've been for no reason other than a cop was in the area upon delivery.
And by the looks of it, an unrelated cop inside of a building most likely.
This needs to be changed.

This is very intentional. You shouldn’t be delivering the car if the cops are nearby.

There was no cops in pursuit? No lights or sirens, more then likely their sitting inside A&E getting repairs done. This should be looked at. Ridiculous

This is excessive if all that has to happen is an unsuspecting/unrelated cop is parked nearby, driving through, or in this case most likely across the street in AE.
Just make it prevent being turned in until cops are not in proximity. It doesn't have to blow up.
Once cops are not within proximity, then they can turn it in.
Just change it to "Area is to hot right now!" or "Lose the heat!"
