Boost Car not Spawning

I accepted a boost for a Hachura and upon arrival, The locals were there however the vehicle was not.

Reproduction steps:
1. Queued up for an S boost
2. Accepted my S boost, invited my hacker and headed to the location given.

3. Once arriving at the location we slowly pushed up to where the S boost would be and shot the locals there. Upon clearing the area, The boost vehicle was not there.

Expected Behavior: The boost vehicle should have been there considering we were there well within 15 minutes.

Actual Behavior: The S boost vehicle was no where to be found.
