Boost car does not spawn at fuenta blanca ranch

Boosts that spawn at the Fuenta Blanca Ranch do not spawn properly or have a high chance to not spawn as there is an NPC car that spawns in the location exactly where the boost is supposed to be.

To recreate the action just boost with A or S class and if the spawner is at fuenta blanca it has a high chance it wont be there
