Boost Car Bugged

During an S boost the game lagged, and the car bugged out.

Reproduce:

1. Accept boost

2. Start hack/driving

3. Car bugs and catches fire/explodes

4. Causing death

Expected Behavior: Normal S boost and hack

Actual Behavior: Car bug causing it to blow up from damage
