Boat Pet and Anchor bugs.

Description:
1. With more than one individual standing on a boat, it will not properly anchor and drift away.

Expected:
Use the anchor and the boat remains in place.

Happening:
Anchor does not prevent the boat from moving.

2. If you have a pet sitting in the boat (in the seat) you can not cast your pole.

Expected:
Cast pole with my fur baby in the seat.

Happening:
If fur baby is in the seat, I can't cast the pole to fish.
