BM collecting money issue

Cannot collect earnings from BM.

Reproduce:
1. I bought 200 notes that were expired when I got them.
2. Tried to sell my 200 expired notes back on BM
3. 200 expired notes DID NOT sell and expired
4. Was not able to "collect" expired notes

2-3 days later

5. Placed good notes on BM to sell.
6. Notes were bought
7. Can not collect notes. When I click collect, nothing happens

Now I have like 28k or something in earnings that I cannot collect.

I opened a general ticket, should I open a compensation ticket to get money out or see if the bug can be fixed?
