Blown Up Vehicles

Something has changed with repairing blown up vehicles. After fixing the vehicle as a mechanic it used to be that the mechanic would see the vehicle as repaired so the mechanic could get into the vehicle and put it into the garage to complete the fix. Now After repairing the vehicle the mechanic is still seeing it as blown up and cannot get into the vehicle, without being placed into the vehicle by another player, to be able to store it to complete the fix. This is really being troublesome with 1 seater bikes, as the mechanic or owner cannot be thrown onto the bike to be able to get the vehicle into the garage to complete the repair. Thus leaving the bike unable to be used till reset.
