/Blood Evidence

We used to have a /blood command that would drop a blood evidence below you when you ran the command, and it would help out with scenes for PD when people get killed or tortured.

I believe with the implementation of the new evidence system, this was removed from use, and would be helpful to have again, for instances like today, when the server had issues, and the blood evidence that was visible from when I got stabbed, was “washed” away with the reset. I went to do the /blood command again to drop blood so PD had something to run, but nothing appeared under me for them to run.
