Blackout hack

Hello.
I have a certain idea for an item/software for hackers.
BLACKOUT item/software. I know about command /blackout which may be use for this. As name suggests that, the item/software arranges a blackout for 1-2 minutes.

How should it work:

1.Around the city is many small substation. There will be needed connect Hacking devices (which already is done) minimum 5 of them (it will give you 1 minute blackout) maximal 10 of them (it will give you 2 minute blackout). So it mean you need to hack between 5 to 10 substations.

2.Connecting hacking device and loading backdoor to BIG substation. There will be HARD hack + you need to be in radius 50meters/yards from that BIG substation closer you are faster load will be minimum 2 mins. maximum 10 mins. on this can be some warning for PD.

3. Fun part begin. You get new app in your laptop or item with blackout. Usage only 1 time for week and only for big things like bank heist or Drug run.
