BlackMarket Rep System

When having a higher rep than one set person, it appears that I can't see certain items such as "Bombs" although my rep is higher than this person...

Reproduction Steps:

Step 1: Open the black market and go to the local market

Step 2: Identify which items are up for sale/ or you could sell

Expected Behaviour: When opening the black market with a higher rep, I expect to see "bombs" compared to just under 3 rep.

Actual Behaviour: Once I open the black market I cannot see any "bombs" with my rep compared to someone with a much lower rep able to see them.
