Black market suggestion

When buying on black market, when posting a buy order the money goes out of your bank account even when you are told to deliver the good/money to the location which doesn't make sense, just make it so you need to operate to the black market with cash, except for the fees that you need to pay. It is confusing when sometimes it goes from the bank account and sometimes it needs cash. Also avoids unnecesarry rep loss with the confusions when you need cash and when you would need money in the bank.
