Black Market Reputation

Black Market Reputation shouldn't be effected when a head pop occurs.

My rep was at 0.1 and due to a headpop i couldn't fulfill the order and drop off what i needed, now my rep has gone down to 0.05 through no fault of my own.

To recreate:

Select a buy or sale.

Drive to trade location.

Disconnect on the way.

Wait the timer for not picking up/dropping off item/money.
(I did attempt to make the trade once i loaded back into the game, still couldn't trade)

Lose rep with the BM.

Be sad :(
