Black Market "Post Listing & Buying"

I tried selling items in the black market, but it wont let me.After pressing the Post Listing button, nothing happens. I made sure i have the correct quantity and items as well in order to access the black market

Same thing applies to when Im also trying to buy items as well.
I asked around before making this report and it does happen to several others.
