Black Market: Not getting the items you purchase AND lose money

Tried using the black market to buy loose notes. I place the order, go to the marker and pay to only get scammed and not receive any items.

Steps:

1- Place an order on the black market, for example: 50 loose notes.

2-Get a waypoint on the GPS to pickup items.

3-Pull out cash from bank

4-Reach the location provided and third eye "Trade"

5-Finish trading and get the cash taken out of pockets

6-Not receive loose notes

Expected Behaviour: Recieve the items that you purchased in your pockets.

Actual Behaviour: Lose the cash and not recieve anything in return.
