Black Market Issues

purchased hacking usb item from black market, it said i purchased it, gave me a location to pick up, went to the trade off spot and then said the post wasn't on my laptop so it couldn't do the trade.

reproduction steps:
Open laptop and blackmarket,
select purchase item
gets given location to pick up
go and withdraw 10k for usb
get to location and trade off
trade off not complete because purchase isnt on laptop anymore.
money isn't taken, just hopes and dreams.

Open laptop and blackmarket,
select purchase item
gets given location to pick up
go and withdraw money
get to location and trade off
trade off complete for lockpicks
money taken

expected behaviour:
Open laptop and blackmarket,
select purchase item
gets given location to pick up
go and withdraw 10k for usb
get to location and trade off
complete trade off and money is taken out of account & item is received.

actual behaviour:
