BLACK MARKET ISSUES

I tried 2x times to place an order for the black market USB listed there for 10k

1 - I followed the steps and waited at the location, i tried to interact with the bins there and I wasnt able to retrieve what it was I was trying to find.

2 - I got charged 2x 10k for not fulfilling my order tho I tried everything.

3 - I submitted something to sell 1 catalyctic converter and it says it was bought by someone and then it says the order was cancelled as they didnt fulfill the deal or something like that.
