black market is broken

Currently it seems nobody is getting xp for any actions on the black market.

Also I have things for sale that have been "reserved" for 12+ hours, seems to be the same with a lot of the market as a lot is reserved. I think items which are sold are getting stuck in the tablet as "reserved" and not being paid out.
