Black market game crash/timeout issue

Add a way to ping your pickup/dropoff location for black market. If your game crashes/times out while you have an buy/sell order open it will effectively cancel the order. You are unable to find the location, and you will receive a decrease in reputation once you ‘fail’ to pick up the item.
