Black Market Cant trade notes for notes

Cannot Trade notes for notes in the black market, nor will the order appear after the trade is done.

i tried to place a buy order of 4 marked bills, payment type was loose notes (19) per 1 marked.

total amount of loose notes was suppose to be 76, no issues here

the issue is once i made the trade at the dumpster i don’t get notified that the trade is online. Nor can i cancel the trade, i have to wait till next storm to actually cancel the trade

another issue i found is, On the Next storm the order does appear, but you’ll get an error text message when someone execute the trade
