Black Market Bugged Orders Self-Cancelling

Black market is not working properly right now. It is stopping orders short and not giving the correct amount of things back when done. I have lost EVC and notes (weirdly exactly 140 of each) over my last few transactions. Also, if experience is supposed to be involved in the black market that isn’t present anywhere.
1) Create sell order on computer with larger than mediocre amounts (150+)
2) Order is bought out or pieced out over time
3) Order stops itself before total is sold or when order time limit is up
4) Collect earnings -but only a certain percent is actually banked as the rest vanishes-
