Bikes and Wheelies

Currently most bikes are unable to wheelie.

BF400, Manchez, and I'm assuming more as well can not wheelie.

Would love to see if it would be something that could be reimplemented, as it would add to a Bike Lyfe style of roleplay.

Interested to see what possible options we may have in order to make it good RPly and not introduce a "BIke Meta"
