Benny's Stashes & Work Bench

After the big CFX outage, our workers found that all of our stashes are completely empty (all mats & internals parts gone) and we no longer have access to our workbench in order to craft tools.

Steps to Reproduce: N/A

Expected Behavior: Materials/internal parts to be in our stashes & we should have access to our work bench.

Actual Behavior: Materials/internal parts are NOT in our stashes & we do not have access to our work bench.
