Beeker's stancing is broken

Description: Whenever we go to stance any car at Beeker's our characters freeze up and the only thing we can do is F8 quit

Reproduction steps:

1. Enter the vehicle you'd like to stance.

2. enter the stance command into the text chat

3. and then your character is frozen and the only way to fix it is to fully quit the game

Expected Behaviour: Normally when you follow the steps above the stancing menu pops up and you can edit the car's tires.

Actual Behaviour: Your character freezes as soon as you enter the stancing menu and then the only way to fix it is too fully close the game.
