Beehive coming fully stocked

Bee hives are being built by my house, fully stocked, queen, workers, and frames.

Kain (my crim) just got hives today for the first time, I bought 2 queens and 100 workers from a convenient store. When I placed the hives on Kain, the hives were all three fully stocked. I did not have to add my workers, queens, or frames
