Bank Trucks Aren't working.

Description: Bank Trucks are just massively buggy in general.

Reproduction:

Step 1: Queue up.

Step 2: Wait hours for your job to pop

Step 3: Ready Up.

Step 4: Look at the map and find out there isn't a purple circle and look all over the map multiple times to find out it's not spawned.

If you get lucky and have the bank truck

Step 1: Queue up.

Step 2: Wait hours for your job to pop

Step 3: Ready Up.

Step 4: Find the bank truck and put it on a slope, such as a parking lot

Expected Behaviour: Rob the bank truck, get into a chase and have fun.

Actual Behaviour: on the first issue you can't find the circle or the bank truck at all, but you can find the drill van but once you get into the van the icon just stays on the map and doesn't do anything.

For the 2nd Problem, it doesn't work when you have it on a slope and then cops count it as a swap for some reason. and then when you can't get the money out they act as if you've just robbed the van and got the money out and go hard on you like you've got money out of the van when you've told them you don't have the money because you can't physically get it out. (like we wanted to be in that situation)
