Bank Trucks

There are many bugs so I will list them below:

1. When accepting the bank truck it self may not spawn this can occur to the van as well.

2. After completing the job. The loot will fall out of the truck and will be unable to be picked up.

3. Only one individual able to move the van into position.

Reproduction: (1)
1. Get a group of 3.
2. Accept the job and ready up.
3. Drive to given locations and obtain the vehicles

4. Unable to find van/truck

Reproduction: (2)
1. Get a group of 3.
2. Accept the job and ready up.
3. Drive to given locations and obtain the vehicles
4. Link up both vehicles

5. Do the hacks and finish the job

Reproduction: (3)
1. Get a group of 3.
2. Accept the job and ready up.
3. Drive to given locations and obtain the vehicles

1. We should be able to see both and use them for the heist.

2. The loot should be able to be picked up with no issues.

3. Everyone should be able to move the truck or van into position.
