Bank truck overhaul as low tier non LinkUp job

Description:

Basically you go to a local like for chop lists. You now go search for a random cruising local bank truck like you would a chop car. After taking it, you are given a location to break into the truck. But instead of using a blow torch, you use a different method Such as drilling out the hinges on the doors but it takes several skill checks per hinge to take it out.

maybe even have an alternative option to use Thermite to break into it faster, but run the risk of "destroying" some of the loot.

By making it low priority and at most shots fired for taking the truck and suspicious activity alerts for PD when breaking into instead of it being a igh priority call like before, this should prevent the age old gripe of bank trucks being a shootout "job."

Reason:

There is an interest for more crime that does not rely on the use of LinkUp or waiting in queues.

Having something like this would be something familiar but mix it up at the same time.
