Bank Truck guards not shooting

When doing a bank truck, the guards are supposed to come out of the back of the truck after the 4th repair and open fire on the people robbing the truck as a method of “ defense” this leads to police code reding the suspects for shooting the guards after a hostage is cleared if there is one. Essentially this job leads to a shootout most of the time however there has been what is an assumed bug that people have been abusing, where they would not have to shoot the guards so police cannot justify code reding them IC.

Do the essentials of securing the bank truck job
Start opening the back of the bank truck
On the fourth repair (when the doors break open and the guards come out) do not aim your gun at the guards and they will not be hostile towards you.
