Bank Account not showing correct balance from deposits

Description:

My character's (Damien Burns - CID: 24284) bank account has an issue where money doesn't seem to actually deposit into the account. When I first spawned in after character creation two days ago after third restart, I didn't have any cash or money in the bank. Someone I met in the server gave me $3,000, and I deposited $2,500 at the bank on Vinewood Boulevard. I logged back in last night and my bank account had around $100-150 I think, but I still have the remaining $500 in cash. Currently, it's in the negative from doing the Driver's license, etc.

Reproduction Steps:

Technically, there were two sets of steps that happened:

1. Complete character creation

2. Check bank balance - showed $0.00

1. Deposit a sum of money into bank account

2. Check account for balance

Expected Behavior:

My character should have spawned with starting cash and bank funds. Additionally, funds added to the account should be reflected by the balance.

Actual Behavior:

My character did not spawn with any starting cash or bank funds, and the money that I've deposited up to this point isn't showing in the balance. The transaction history does reflect the deposit

Edit:

Additional find: Checking the bank a few minutes ago, none of the transactions (bills from paying for gas or the driving test) are showing in the account history.
