Removing people from a bank account

This got me thinking, when adding people to a bank account, there is no option to remove the person if you are the owner of the made account. The person who was added needs to remove themselves which is a lot of work or causes problems...via it being taking money out of the account and the owner losing it all because they couldn't remove the person themselves. Cause it just makes the owner have to make a whole other bank card/account and transferring it to that account and than having to add all the other people again.

Is there a possible way there could be something in the banking to show the people in that account and giving the option to add or remove people. Showing CIDs, names and etc.
