Bandage up Scratches on hands

Description:
Allow the use of bandages to replace the "Has Scratches on Hands" with the "Fresh Bandaging."

Reason:
We have several ways to remove other types of status such as smell, GSR, etc.
Would be nice to have a way to combat scratches other than certain worn items.
Add more functions to the bandages in a logical manner.
Scratches take a while to fade away as opposed to other status "ailments."
