Ballistic/Bulletproof Shields for Cops

Suggestion Description
A bulletproof ballistic shields for cops to hold in one hand and shoot a pistol from the other. Maybe adding lights to it as well to replace the flashlight on the pistol.
Reason
After numerous times of 25+ cops getting shot down to include the cleanup crew because criminals go to spots where it is extremely hard to push spots they are in due to the angles and in some spots, they can see us but we cant see them. Having a ballistic shield could offer that extra protection to push in further and not getting mag dumped coming down a flight of stairs like a sitting duck.
Additional context
This could be made to be destroyed after taking so many shots by either dropping it when its destroyed or it just no longer is bulletproof. Could have areas of the feet or head exposed slightly to avoid complete cover, still giving the chance to disable the shield holder. As stated above it could be an extra tool for PD to use to push tight areas where 20+ cops just get mag dumped coming down a flight of stairs and cant do much. Command could make this a tac cert only thing and/or for certain situations where it deemed necessary where cops cant really push in without getting shot down with no chance.

The reason crims have to use crazy op spots is because there’s 25+ cops lol. No crim wants to do a hold but here’s how every fight out side of a hold goes.
Air one lands on a roof behind
The cops climb roofs
It’s literally almost always during main storm a 12+ Vs 5
A gun fight not in a holdout spot is just impossible because of how many cops already respond and air one landing on any roof in the area with a ladder. I as a criminal main never plan on shooting however if it comes to it it’s impossible as is on the street.

PD is limited to 10 people on all calls minus random violence (ie; shot at a traffic stop) or a raid.
The current meta for Pac Standards / Paletos / G6's is to drive straight to a holdout spot (Rockford Plaza tunnel, AE Rooftop, LSIA, Castle, Chumash Pier, Impound Garage, Daily Globe, etc) with multiple right angle peeks and hold it until the PD run into the meat grinder. It's extremely rare to win against one of these holdouts and normally requires the crims making a big mistake.
Air-1 cannot land on roofs higher than the crims that have no ladder access.
Saying no crim wants to do a hold out is not accurate, the large majority want to have a hold out and do have holdouts.
If you have to shoot as a last resort they wouldn't have something like this ready to go - it's something that we would have to go and pick up / deploy while staged waiting to push.
Plenty of people do have random street fights with us and plenty of people do win, this suggestion I believe is more aimed at the people who b-line for their holdout spot because they're either farming montage clips or they want free loot.
