Bag resetting on clothing

On all of my outfits, my bag keeps resetting to Bag #131. In the attached file below, you can see how I go in to customize the outfit, set it to Bag #156 Texture #19, and as soon as I save the outfit, it resets to be bag 131. Super annoying.
