ATM with no pay out

My friend and I stole a ATM. After driving around for about 30min or so, I lost the cops.
I went to the ATM, had the jackhammer in my pockets, then 3rd eye looked the ATM and got the "stealing money" bar. After the bar was completed i did not receive anything.
